NUR
Ceren is half Romanian half Turkish, was born and raised in Turkey. Her journey with music started at age of 9 with piano. She started to study music in high school and graduated from Gazi University Music Education Department with majors in Violin and Piano Education.
She started her teaching career in 2018 and continued her academic studies in Palacky University/Czech Republic, piano with Prof. Petr Plany, chamber music with Gabriela Coufalova.
Ceren was always passionate about improving herself as a musician and teacher; she attended many workshops and educational courses. She is also certified in Graded Examination in Music Performance by University of West London,London College of Music in violin and piano.
After her teaching experience as music teacher in Turkey, she decided to move to her mother’s homeland Romania to learn more about her cultural roots and speak Romanian fluently.
Besides that Ceren is passionate about volunteering and worked as an international volunteer in Romania.
