MARTIN
Ciprian is a dedicated Mathematics educator with over 16 years of teaching experience in secondary schools across the UK. He requalified as a Mathematics teacher at the University of East London and has since been committed to fostering a deep understanding and appreciation for the subject. For the past five years, he served as Head of Mathematics in London, leading curriculum innovation and supporting students in achieving academic excellence.
In addition to his background in mathematics, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Westminster. His knowledge of Psychology enhances his teaching approach, allowing him to understand students’ learning processes and develop strategies that build confidence, resilience, and problem-solving skills.Passionate about logical thinking and strategy, Ciprian enjoys football, chess and puzzles, interests that align with his analytical approach to both teaching and learning.
With a strong commitment to making mathematics engaging and accessible, Ciprian aims to inspire students to see the subject as a powerful tool for understanding the world.
