Daira holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Physical Education, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and her expertise in the field. With a background in handball, she spent 20 years honing her skills on the court, where she not only competed but also developed a deep understanding of teamwork, strategy, and athleticism.
As a teacher, she brings a dynamic, engaging approach to her classes, focusing on developing students physical fitness, teamwork, and self-discipline. Daira’s extensive experience as an athlete, combined with her academic background, allows her to connect with her students in a way that inspires them to pursue their own passions for sports and fitness.
Outside of her professional life, she values quality time with friends and enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations, whether over a cup of coffee or during outdoor activities.
