Florina was born and raised in Sibiu, a city that continues to inspire her values and love for community. Moving to Timișoara marked a new chapter, one where she discovered her passion for education and grew into her roles at British International School of Timișoara.
As IB CAS Coordinator and IB Student Wellbeing Advisor, she supports students through some of their most formative years. She guides them in exploring their creativity, taking on challenges, and making a positive impact—while ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
Her approach is rooted in trust, respect, and the belief that every student can grow into a confident, compassionate adult.
