Ersilia is an enthusiastic and dedicated Advanced Teaching Assistant in Mathematics at British International School of Timișoara. She is in the final year of her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at West University of Timișoara. Her passion for mathematics and commitment to education have been evident throughout her academic journey.
Ersilia’s aspiration to become a teacher stems from her love for working with children and her desire to help young learners appreciate the importance of mathematics in everyday life. Her international experience includes a semester abroad in Japan, which provided her with a broader perspective on educational methodologies and cultural diversity, enriching her teaching approach.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Ersilia is a creative individual who enjoys reading and baking, activities that allow her to explore new ideas and express herself. She believes that learning should be engaging and strives to make mathematics accessible and enjoyable for all students. With her positive attitude and dedication, Ersilia aims to inspire a love for mathematics in her students and help them build confidence in their abilities.
