Oana holds a Master’s degree in Multilingual Communication and Human Resources from the Free University of Brussels and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Modern Languages (English and French) from the West University of Timișoara.
Originally from Timișoara, she spent 14 years living and working in Brussels, building a successful career in hospitality, specialising in sales and event organisation. Her international experience and fluency in English, French, Romanian, and Spanish have shaped her into a confident, culturally aware professional.
Now back in her hometown, Oana has returned to her passion for education. As a Teaching Assistant at BIST, she brings strong communication skills, multicultural experience, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting students in their learning journey.
