Oana graduated the Faculty of Psychology and Sociology, specialising in pedagogy from the West University of Timisoara, master’s degree in Integrated Education and Psycho-pedagogical Counselling.
Oana started her career in private preschool 12 years ago at an international school and has worked with children between the ages of 3 and 6.
From her experience with children she has learned that all are good, smart, but different, so that teachers should adapt to children and not vice versa.She considers empathy, the affection and the smile of the teacher to be essential in early education and beyond.
On a personal level she likes to spend time with her family, friends, reading and travelling.
