Seeing the school is the first step in feeling if it’s the right place. We invite families to visit the school to experience our learning environment first-hand.
You’ll have the chance to tour the facilities, observe classrooms in action, and talk with members of our teaching and admissions team.
It’s the best way to understand what makes BIST unique — the people and the atmosphere.
Step 2
Fill in simple application form
Fill in the form and we’ll get back to you with a detailed checklist.
After your visit, if you decide BIST is the best option for your child’s future, you can submit an official enrolment application via the form below. We will send you a detailed enrolment checklist with necessary documents and next steps.
Requested documents may include medical letters, ID, academic background from the previous school(s), where applicable and other administrative documents.
Step 3
Exploring where your child fits the best.
We offer personalised support for every family in the enrolment process, to ensure the best placement for every student.
For year groups where places are available, if parents decide they wish their child to join the school, they will be asked to sign the enrolment form and pay the enrolment fee within the deadline set by the school.
The school commits to complete the evaluation of the admission folder and invite the child and parents for the next stages in the enrolment process within the announced deadline. The timeline for the enrolment process will be determined based on the number of applications at the respective time, and it can take up to 4 weeks.
Step 4
Admission Decision & Enrollment
It’s not about selection. It’s about understanding how each child can best be integrated into our system.
The aim of the enrolment process is to identify the level of English, academic potential and attitude towards learning and development of the child. We are looking for well-rounded pupils with a genuine interest in education in the broadest sense of the word, with interests that stretch beyond just the academic curriculum.
We offer a trial day, offered at the school’s discretion, giving the child and the family a much better view of the school and will give the school an opportunity to meet the child, evaluate their level of English (spoken and listening) and observe their attitude to learning and social interaction with other children.

Fees & Enrolment Costs

Registration Fee
1,000 euro
It is paid before signing the contract, while submitting the signed enrolment form; it is a one-off payment and it covers the costs for processing the documents and the administrative costs part of the admission process;
Enrolment deposit
2,000 euro
Represents the reservation of the place in the school and is paid upon signing the contract after the admission process in the BIST; this sum is deducted from the annual school fee.
